I LOVE this pillow! I have back problems and I just can't feel comfortable with regular pillows because nothing supports the middle of my back. This solves the problem perfectly! I find it's not quite supportive enough for sitting, but it's perfect for sleeping lying down. It's pleasantly firm, and I appreciate being able to adjust its shape in different ways. The price is great too. I sleep so much better now.
