Congratulations! I couldn't have asked for better: it meets all my needs. The item arrives vacuum-sealed in plastic. It inflates when you open it, but remains very firm when your upper body is placed on it. The protective sheet is also very nice. It doesn't look cheap. And it's machine washable if needed.
